Each Sign.net business plan comes with 1 administrator account and 1 user account. The administrator account will have the overriding rights to manage the organisation and files, and will retain the documents when a user leaves the organisation.

Billing
Your credit card will be automatically charged after the trial period ends.
Yes, your monthly subscription will automatically renew on the last day of your subscription period.
