What does the 45-day free trial mean?

45-day trials give you access to features only available in the paid Business plans so that you can experience all the benefits of digital signing. If you decide to end your trial within the trial period, we won’t charge you.


How can I upgrade my Personal account to the Business account?

Select ‘My Account’ from the Menu, click on ‘Add Business’. You can then set your customised organisation domain and input your credit card for billing. 


How can I add additional users?

Select ‘My Organisation’ from the Menu, click on the ‘+’ next to Manage Users and enter the email address of the additional users. 

The Users will receive an email notification to activate their accounts and join the team on the Organisation portal.
